Known Issues
- Some users are finding
it difficult to view very dense urban areas of OS MasterMap ordered in 5X5km
chunks (urban 5x5km OS MasterMap chunks can contain over 1 million features).
Snowflake's OS MasterMap Viewer uses a memory model to store all loaded features,
therefore, performance and load capacity is very much dependent on the amount
of memory available. Apart from buying more memory, you can increase capacity
by increasing your operating system swap file space (see the FAQ on how to
do this). As always to free up more
memory try closing other applications. The more free memory you have the more
data you can view.
