Data Providers are seeing growing demands to deliver products and services which are interoperable and standards based, utilising OGC standards and specifically the Geography Markup Language (GML) standard.

Snowflake is Europe's only training provider in the Geography Markup Language (GML) and has delivered courses to numerous leading Data Providers including Dutch Kadaster, Ordnance Survey, EU Joint Research Council, Met Office and Hyrdographic Office.

The following courses are excellent pre-requisites to gain an understanding of GML and standards based data provision.

• GML Fundamentals

  A 1day introductory course in the Geographic Markup Language (GML), with practical examples

• GML Hands On

  A 2 day workshop based course in the design, creation and extension of GML application schemas.
